Prioritized processing and faster delivery using express courier services

Shipping Address:

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We cannot be held accountable for delays or delivery issues resulting from the customer's incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please avoid providing a P.O. Box or Mailbox address, as our shipping partner doesn't deliver to those addresses.

For India Post deliveries, the following details are typically sufficient and important to ensure smooth delivery:

3. Order Tracking:

Once we have received all the required information from you, we will generate an order ID from our end and send it to you; after the confirmation, the order will be in process, and we will keep you updated throughout the process with pictures. Once the order is complete, we will send you proof images of your order. After your approval, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on tracking your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order by visiting our website or using the tracking services provided by the shipping carrier.

4. Duties/Taxes:

We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. However, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, any delays caused by customs processing or local postal services are beyond our control, and the brand cannot be held responsible for such delays.

2. Trademark Protection

No individual, business, marketplace seller, or third party may use our:

• Product names

Purchasing an Addicted Bespoken product or requesting a custom design does not transfer ownership of our trademarks, designs, artwork, photographs, or other intellectual property.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that changes in plans or decisions can happen within a short time frame. Therefore, we offer a cancellation window for up to the first 5 hours from the time you place your order. Once the order is in process, you will receive confirmation from our end. Please note that we will not accommodate any cancellation requests after receiving the mail. 

Alteration Policy 

As a brand proudly known as " The People's Brand". Our top priority is your complete satisfaction. We understand that even with custom-made suits, a perfect fit sometimes needs a minor adjustment. If you experience any fitting issues after receiving your suit, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team immediately. To best support you, we've outlined a few helpful options based on your event date:

Option 1: Your event is less than 2 Weeks away

For a quick resolution, we recommend taking your suit to a trusted local tailor for alterations. We'll happily reimburse you for 25% to 35% of the alteration cost upon presentation of a valid receipt. To ensure everything goes smoothly, please discuss the planned changes with our team before proceeding.

Option 2: Your event is more than 2 Weeks away

You're welcome to send the suit back to us in India for free alterations and free re-delivery. To help with a smooth customs process, please declare the parcel's value as USD 20. Kindly note that you'll be responsible for the initial return shipping charges.

Option 3: Alterations aren't possible

If the suit unfortunately cannot be altered or reused, we can remake an outfit for you. A 50% payment of the original suit price will be required for this remake. You'll also have the freedom to change the suit's color and design, and you're welcome to keep the original suit.
