Can I customize the Suits displayed on the Website?
Yes, You can get every design customized from our Designers. We offer all kinds of customization and personalization in our entire collection. You can share your thoughts or ideas about your outfit by sending images or sketches, and we will make a sketch for you to approve before processing the final outfit.
How quickly can I expect a design sketch once I make an inquiry?
A dedicated designer will be assigned to you within 24 hours to create a personalized Procreate sketch based on your preferences.
Can you send me fabric sample before placing an order?
We are pleased to offer fabric samples for ordering. Kindly contact support@addictedbespoken.com and our dedicated support team will guide you regarding the same.
When will my unique outfit start being crafted after sketch approval?
After you've approved the design, we will provide you with a price quote based on your measurements. Once payment is completed, we will promptly begin crafting your personalized outfit according to your specifications.
Can you send me fabric sample before placing an order?
We are pleased to offer fabric samples for ordering. As we are located in India, shipping via DHL Express might incur additional charges. Fabric sample or one any fabric Swatch card will cost you $125 only. Upon payment completion, we will promptly ship your order.

You can tell us which fabric do you need and our dedicated support team will help you to get the desired fabric.
Can I send you fabric and you can make my attire?
Yes, you have the option to send us the fabric, and we will create the attire based on your chosen material.
Can I order anything that is not displayed on the website?
We empower our customers to unleash their creativity by allowing them to design their own outfits. If there's something you desire that isn't currently listed on our website, simply share the pictures with us at support@addictedbespoken.com, and we will skillfully create the outfit according to your specifications.
Where do I input my measurements?
On the order page, you'll find a section Give your own measurements where you can enter all your measurements. Alternatively, you can also email us your measurements along with the Order ID to support@addictedbespoke.com
Can I reach out to someone for assistance in determining the right size based on my measurements?
What if I make a mistake while getting measured?
Do you offer alterations if the order doesn't fit?
We do provide alteration services, and for more detailed information, we encourage you to review our Alteration Policy.
What are the shipping Charges?
Standard Shipping is absolutely free. Expedited Shipping charges may vary, you can find this while placing an order.
What are the turn around time of processing orders?
We start processing orders immediately after confirmation, making sure everything is checked and ready for dispatch.
