The entire process was great in the matter of keeping me up to date on the process, but they continue to add on after the "final" pictures were sent to me for review. When the suit arrived it had a tacky metal logo from the company sewn directly into the lapel that wasn't present in the final review photos. Now I have to get it removed and hope it didn't cause any obvious damage. I had a great experience until this event which tanked my review. Keep us informed. Let us know what is being being added to the order so we can confirm or deny anything being done.
I contacted AB with a dire wedding situation. Initially I ordered with a competitor that did not work out at all. I was exactly 2 weeks out from my wedding day and I had no suit! Immediately after filling out my form I was contacted by AB and told they’ve done this before and if I can get them payment and measurements they could get me the suit by my wedding day. Fast forward 11 days later and my custom suit is on my door step perfectly fitted to my measurements with the most extraordinary detail and packaging. I will sing praises of AB for the rest of time for saving my wedding. Thank you guys so much for your hard work and customer service. This was the most pleasant experience I could ask for during such a stressful time. 100/10 the best embroidered suit maker in the world with a team of professionals who will move mountains for you when needed. I trusted addicted bespoken with the custom made suit to wear on my wedding day! I like how it came in and looks very nice on. Going to take it to a dry cleaners and have them get the wrinkles out. Can’t wait to rock my palm green suit on wedding day
Just received my suit last week and i gotta say in terms of customer service and the finished product itself, that i am more than happy. I gave my measurements and was promptly contacted to give them another check so everything fits in the end. I was also informed of the important steps in production and could always ask questions.

Ordered my fiancé's suit 8/3/25. The processing and shipping time frame estimation was spot on. The customer service was above and beyond. The team was in constant communication with me and sent me picture updates throughout the entire process. They double checked with me multiple times to ensure the measurements were correct. We received his suit 9/10/25. It looked just like what we saw online. The design and color were perfect. We had to get it tailored a bit from a local seamstress, but that's to be expected when ordering online. It's what we expected and the team made sure to we received the suit with enough time for alterations. Very happy with our purchase. THANK YOU!!!!

although the color is a little different from the way it looks in the lighting of the photos online, it’s still an amazing color brown (I thought it was a brownish orange) and it fits me perfectly. They were very attentive to detail and measurements and it came out great. Cant wait to get married in it!
