When you purchase, we collect payment information, such as your credit card or other payment method details. However, we do not store or retain payment card information. Our trusted third-party payment processors securely process it.

We understand that changes in plans or decisions can happen within a short time frame. Therefore, we offer a cancellation window for up to the first 5 hours from the time you place your order. Once the order is in process, you will get confirmation from our end; please note that we will not accommodate any cancellation requests after receiving the mail.
We guarantee the perfect fit of every garment purchased from our website if the input given at the purchase is accurate. We leave a decent Seam Allowance (Margin) inside for easy alteration in case the fit is incorrect. Still, if there is any fit issue, there are two options with which we can resolve this:
- You can get the garment altered there, and we can split the alteration charges.
- You can send us the parcel back, and we can alter it for you and return it. In this case, the buyer is only responsible for returning the parcel to us; we will alter the garment and send it back at our own expense.
