Design and Artwork Files:

If you provide us with custom design or artwork files for your clothing items, we may collect and store those files to fulfill your order. We do not use or share your design files for any other purposes without your explicit consent.  

Payment Information:

When you purchase, we collect payment information, such as your credit card or other payment method details. However, we do not store or retain payment card information. Our trusted third-party payment processors securely process it.

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that changes in plans or decisions can happen within a short time frame. Therefore, we offer a cancellation window for up to the first 5 hours from the time you place your order. Once the order is in process, you will receive confirmation from our end. Please note that we will not accommodate any cancellation requests after receiving the mail.  

Alteration Policy  

As a brand proudly known as " The People's Brand". Our top priority is your complete satisfaction. We understand that even with custom-made suits, a perfect fit sometimes needs a minor adjustment. If you experience any fitting issues after receiving your suit, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team immediately. To best support you, we've outlined a few helpful options based on your event date:

Option 1: Your event is less than 2 Weeks away

For a quick resolution, we recommend taking your suit to a trusted local tailor for alterations. We'll happily reimburse you for 25% to 35% of the alteration cost upon presentation of a valid receipt. To ensure everything goes smoothly, please discuss the planned changes with our team before proceeding.

Option 2: Your event is more than 2 Weeks away

You're welcome to send the suit back to us in India for free alterations and free re-delivery. To help with a smooth customs process, please declare the parcel's value as USD 20. Kindly note that you'll be responsible for the initial return shipping charges.

Option 3: Alterations aren't possible

If the suit unfortunately cannot be altered or reused, we can remake an outfit for you. A 50% payment of the original suit price will be required for this remake. You'll also have the freedom to change the suit's color and design, and you're welcome to keep the original suit.
