1. Items purchased from our online store are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. Return or exchange requests received after 15 days will not be allowed.

2. It is crucial to note that orders for 'Made to Order' items are eligible for only 50% of the refund of the total amount and Non-Customized Orders for 75% of the total amount. Please return the customized garment in its original condition without any damage; the shipping cost, including any duty, will be the buyer's responsibility.

3. When returning the items, You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.  

If the purchased item is defective, please email us at within three days of receiving the article, and we will resolve the issue. 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the garment as a refund or exchange. In case of exchange or redoing of any garment, the buyer will cover the shipping cost. 

What items can be returned?

  • Clothing that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached is usually eligible for return. 
  • If requested within 15 days of the delivery date                                      

What items cannot be returned?

  • Discounted / Sale items  
  • Used/Damaged Items 

Note: We want to ensure you have a positive experience with our products and services. Color may differ due to photographic lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor/ phone resolutions. Clothing patterns can also vary. These are not flaws and are not eligible for refunds. To initiate the refund process, we kindly request the following information:
