Shipping Address:

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We cannot be held accountable for delays or delivery issues resulting from the customer's incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please avoid providing a P.O. Box or Mailbox address, as our shipping partner doesn't deliver to those addresses.  

For India Post deliveries, the following details are typically sufficient and important to ensure smooth delivery:

3. Order Tracking: 

Once we have received all the measurement information from you, we will generate an order ID from our end and send it to you; after the confirmation, the order will be in process, and we will keep you updated throughout the process with pictures. Once the order is complete, we will send you proof images of the garment. After your approval, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on tracking your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order by visiting our website or using the tracking services provided by the shipping carrier.  

4. Duties/Taxes: 

We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. However, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, any delays caused by customs processing or local postal services are beyond our control, and the brand cannot be held responsible for such delays.
