2. Delivery and Shipping: 

Delivery Time:

We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe during ordering. Please note that the delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on factors such as the shipping destination and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for all the orders are calculated based on factors such as the shipping destination and the weight of the package. During the checkout process, we will display the applicable shipping charges.  

Shipping Address:

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We cannot be held accountable for delays or delivery issues resulting from the customer's incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please avoid providing a PO Box or Mailbox address, as our shipping partner doesn't deliver to those addresses.  

3. Order Tracking: 

Once we have received all the measurement information from you, we will generate an order ID from our end and send it to you; after the confirmation, the order will be in process, and we will keep you updated throughout the process with pictures. Once the order is complete, we will send you proof images of the garment. After your approval, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on tracking your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order by visiting our website or using the tracking services provided by the shipping carrier.  

4. Duties/Taxes: 

We offer international shipping to many countries. However, please be aware that additional fees, such as customs duties, taxes, or import charges, may apply to international orders. These charges, if any, are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
